Pillowtex set out to make a bean bag with child safety as our primary priority. The inner bag is completely sealed so no little hands can make their way into the traditionally used Styrofoam or foam fills. Comfort was the second most important part of our project. We tested over fifteen combinations of fill and fill materials to settle on the most comfortable. Third was product longevity. This bag will not go flat. Period. And if it ever does, we'll replace it. The cover is removable and washable. High quality plush fabric was chosen for comfort and durability. Machine Washable Removable Cover Take the zippered cover off the bean bag and throw it in the washing machine to keep this looking brand new for years to come. Thick Soft Fabric This fabric is heavy, durable, and has a soft plush hand feel. This fabric is strong and can be thrown around without worrying that the seems will burst. Chopped Memory Foam Fill These bean bags are stuffed with more than 15 LBS of chopped memory foam which is then encased in a polyester inner bag. This memory foam won't go flat like traditional bean bags. Assembly Instructions The memory foam filling comes vacuum-sealed. Remove vacuum-sealed packaging and place the sealed packaging inside the bean bag cover. Once zippered, gently shake the bean bag to begin distributing the contents and allow to stand for a couple of hours to fully expand.
